Not satisfied for any reason? Return your comb within 60 nights of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Return

1. Email support@silkrootcare.com with your order number.
2. We send a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
3. Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

Warranty

Every comb includes a 2-year warranty. Email us a photo of any defect and we ship a replacement free of charge.
